It has closed schools and colleges, suspended major social and games, and cut back on work hours.

“The individuals who have denied the individuals of even medication and nourishment through approvals, who have done the most awful thingsโ€ฆ they show up with a veil of compassion and state that we need to help the country of Iran,” Rouhani stated, in an unmistakable reference to the United States.

US President Donald Trump had said Saturday he was prepared to help Iran with the infection episode if the Islamic republic requested help.

“Our kin know well that you are lying,” Rouhani said accordingly, talking at the week after week meeting of his bureau in comments broadcast on state TV.

Washington pulled out of a milestone atomic arrangement and reimposed devastating assents on Tehran in 2018.

Philanthropic products, particularly medication and clinical hardware, are in fact excluded.

Be that as it may, worldwide acquisition of such supplies are thwarted by banks careful about leading any business with Iran inspired by a paranoid fear of falling foul of the US sanctions.

Rouhani said the US should initially lift sanctions blocking medication buys to demonstrate its fair aim to help.

“This is the initial stepโ€ฆ to free financial relations for buying medication, moving medication and transportation medication and nourishment,” he said.
